How To Get Over Sore Throat




Sore throat.

When you feel your throat so dry and painful, maybe that's a sign of strep throat. Sore or strep throat, usually cause by viral infections, such as flu and cold. Especially in Indonesia, most people are having sore throat on rainy month, like November and December.

Sore throat isn't a serious cases, because sore throat can heal and solve by themselves. But, sometimes it takes time to get over from sore throat. Don't worry, you don't need to wait and feel this pain, because you can get over sore throat by follow this simply way.

1. Drink a cup of tea

You can reduce a sore throat pain by making a cup of tea. Change your habits, from drink coffee, coke, and another soft drink, to drink more tea. You can choose chamomile tea when sore throat coming. Why chamomile tea? Because, this kind of tea can reduce your sore throat pain. You can also add more honey into chamomile tea.

2. Make a cup of ginger tea

Drinking a ginger tea, with no one beside you (alone) is one of the best way to wasting time with tea. Make yourself relax, and let ginger tea remove that mucus from your throat. Why ginger tea? Because, it can increase oxygen into cells, flush the toxin, and accelerate the healing process. How to make a good ginger tea? All you have to do is make a cup of tea, and mix it with ginger at tomorrow. Then, enjoy your ginger tea, when sore throat is coming.


3. Drink lemon with honey

When you mix hot water, with lemon and add some honey into it, you can reduce a sore throat. Honey is populer with lots of benefits. To reduce a sore throat, mix honey with lemon, and add some warm water, then mix it with tablespoon. Drink it, when its warm or hot, so you can reduce that sore throat faster.

4. Eat a pieces of garlic

Maybe it sounds weird to eat a pieces of garlic. Garlic, is one of many powerful medicine to reduce sore throat. Even if garlic can cause a bad odor, and weird if eaten raw, but sadly but true garlic is very magic to get over your sore throat. Why garlic? Because, garlic contains allicin, a compound that can kill bacteria that cause sore throat. How to eat this garlic? It's easy, just slice garlic and bite that garlic. Eat garlic one piece for each day, and you can get over from sore throat.
